Fresh Fall Hair Color

Balayage refresh and a gloss for my daughter- aka my fav test subject 🌸

I love trying new techniques and colors and my daughter is always a willing volunteer.

I retouched her balayage highlights and deepened her overall color using a few different formulas with Shades Eq, cooling her newly refreshed balayage in the crown and deepening and neutralizing her previously bright, golden blonde ends. A softer look for Fall.

The gloss will fade over the next few months and she’ll be back to light, golden blonde by Spring.

Balayage Color

Ally L- Balayage Color

I posted these photos side by side to show how the tones of color can vary in different lighting. In the photo on the left Ally's color appears to have copper tones in her crown because of the bright sunlight. On the right under the surf board the sun is blocked and the copper tones aren't as visible. Her lighter golden blonde face framing highlights and ends brighten her overall and give a natural sun kissed look in both photos.

Balayage Color

Spring is here ladies! Sun kiss itπŸ’‹

Just did balayage on one of my favorite clients. Now she's off to Cabo! Can't wait to see what some salt water and sun add to her new color.

I have done various techniques on Brooke. I used foils to create this look on her first color but this time I used balayage to create sun kissed highlights in her crown and lighten her ends even more.

Golden Beach Blonde

Katya has been my client over 6 years now. She was one of my first clients in San Diego. She is a natural medium to light blonde. I foil highlight using Olaplex and add a lot (and I mean a lot!) of tiny pieces of pale blonde throughout to give the illusion of a lighter overall color with subtle depth at the root area. This allows her natural color to grow in with less maintenance than actually doing an all over color.
